Knowledge Dissemination and Lead Farmers Network
Field operations are supported by dedicated staff and a network of lead farmers acting as key links with more than 2,500 active members, ensuring the dissemination of knowledge and best practices.
Production Capacity and Social Commitment
Processing and curing activities also mobilize hundreds of seasonal workers, enabling production capacities of 20–30 tons of cured vanilla while maintaining strict quality control. All jobs are legal, paid above the minimum wage, and comply with Tambatra’s QHSE standards, providing insights for strategic decisions that ensure the smooth operation of the entire organization.
